Jump Starter for a 2011 5.4l Econoline

I am looking for a reliable jumper for our work van. What exactly should I be looking for? I see Amps, Peak Amps, Mah,
I definitely don't want to be underpowered, but is it possible to be OVER powered and damage the battery when jump starting?

I don’t think you can damage a battery with the most capable portable 12V jump starter. Your van starter will only draw what it needs, but if there’s a short to ground… An industrial jump starter might have a 24V mode that can fry more than the battery
