Afternoon guys. Last time I went to the DMV, I had to wait in line 2 minutes and procedure to 5 minutes.

CT dmv is heaven on earth. the only people who complain about CT dmv were not prepared when they showed up. CT spells everything out on the website as to what you need, and they stick to it. i have always been in and out of CT dmv with no issues at all, always a pleasant experience with minimal wait. also, they are open late on night during the week and open saturday as well.

ny...half of the dmv locations arent even open friday! i show upwith every document they prescribe on the website, but somehow i dont have enough or there is some magical issue.....like my current insurance card being too old (45 days or newer on the issue date is required.) its not expired, whats the friggen problem?

Aaron, hopefully the insurance co will "electronically notify" the DMV that the vehicle is insured. Then the DMV, being understaffed and stupid, will say they didn't, And, notify you of suspension ....

Done mowing lawn AKA weeds, some string trimming done, Took a truck load of tin to the scrap yard and found a 15 mm socket on the way back. Now, it's nappy time.

Hello NY!
Got an invite from JR to drop by and say hello, so wanted to make good on it.
I noticed this thread titled the "August, Summer is almost gone thread" or words to that effect and found it a little ironic compared to what we see in TX.
I had just commented to someone the other day that Labor Day is our Groundhog day in TX.
If you go outside and see your shadow, that means 6 more weeks of summer.

Thanks for the invite, and please feel welcome to stop by and join-in the BS with your friends in the Lone Star state.

Good evening, gentlemen.

Good to see you, JT.

I have settled into my comfy chair after a long week. Daddy Taxi is scheduled to hit the road tomorrow at 0800.

So much for time off.
