Good Morning Everybody!

Bob, it must be the damp in the air lately. I've been hobbling along for a few days, too.

I'm up and ready for the day. I couldn't sleep again, so I just got up with Tiff this morning. Coffee's brewing, bagel's toasting.

 

I did the same thing when I sat down in a recliner with heat and massage. It also has a cooler, but its more trouble to use than going to the fridge for another cold one.

Morning fellas! I left work sick yesterday and layed around all day. I'm back up and at em this morning, had my juice and a burrito and ready for the day!

 

Coffee's done already. I have to get my oldest up for freshman orientation today. She's gonna be going to high school this year. ...I can't believe it.

Ruben, take it easy today. No need to push it if you don't have to.

I'm gonna finish up the '53 today by replacing the TV cable on the trans. Then I can start on the '74 step side. Just a week and a half until the swap meet.

 

Well thankfully "pushing" it at work for me is just my mind running 1,000mph, my body doesnt really have to keep up.

The Jury is still out on that crown vic...hmmm

 

Wow up and at it already huh. I'm still drinking KOFF EEE trying to get the blood thinned down enough that it will circulate and I will feel human again. Not so much right now, being off work this long has really kicked my butt.

Good morning all. not much to speak of ehre. Computers took a dump yesterday afternoon and they're working today. Now to play catch-up.

 

hey ruben..if that crown dont work out there is one sitting in front of the community center in theodosia with a for sale sign..if you would would like i can ask about it..looks like it may of been a old cop car of some sort... i dont know what all the 4.6 police interceptor engine is..maybe something like the old 427 fe block police interceptor engine i guess..

 

well i got my spring shackles cut out for my bus.. i hate to see this poor old truck go to the scrappers but not really much left on it i need for my bus.. it is a 41 white would make a neat neat rod..ha ha ha

I came in for a break to cool off. Even though it's WAAAAY down in the '90's today, it's still a little warm to bent over the fender of a Fire Chicken. All I have left to do is dig the old orifice tube out and put the new one in there. Then I can pull the system down and charge it.

I was playing around a little with the '66 this morning too. I got one of the bumper mounts on the front. I had to make some modifications with the old frame being a different shape and the 3" body lift. A rough test fit says it should look good with the factory '66 bumper.

 

Thanks! Its hard to find any of them in decent shape for a fair price really.

There isnt really a police interceptor engine anymore, its more of the whole car. The 4.6's are all nearly the same except for the 4v's in the Cobras and a few other cars.

 

Got the new header panel on the jeep today!

Well for the CV, the guy told me he is gonna fix the AC and exhaust then repost it for 3900, lol, screw that deal.

Got me a phone call at 6:30 this morning, so I headed into the posty office. Tuesday is our lightest day, so if it HAS to happen, today was a good day for it. It's a bit after 2:30, and I am home for the day!
