I keep telling one of the son's that he should take some more time off. I think he's at the "use it or lose It" point now.
Rain stopped, back to work time.

Gerry I get delayed holidays that I can only use up to a yr later and personal days are only good for a yr. Vacation time carries over as well as sick time.

I am Gerry. As for the delayed holidays they are just l;ike reguar holidays but I get to takle them at a later time since most holidays I am either off or working.
