15.5 mpg on B99 Bio-Diesel
I'm on my 4th tank of B99 Bio-Diesel and the last 2 tanks hand calculated to 15.5 mpg.
Best my truck ever got on regular Diesel fuel was 16.0, so I am actually quite happy with 15.5.
Here in town where I buy it costs me 23cents per gallon LESS than my local Sunoco truck stop and Racetrack.
AND....I don't have to use any extra lubrication additive in the fuel, plus it keeps everything in the fuel system nice and clean!
BTW truck is a LATE '99 7.3 F350 Dually CC with 4.10 gears all stock.

That's what I like to hear. It's been about 800 miles since I fueled mine up at a station (brew my own bio) I just haven't done the math yet on mileage. My truck depending on usage was averaging about 16+- so I was kinda guestamating 14-15mpg. Best part is it costs me about a buck a gallon to make plus my time.

Frank, Glover oil here in Melbourne:Glover Oil There might be a place near you in the Tampa area.....I'll check for you........IF you've never run Bio before I'd recommend starting with B20 for 2 tanks, then B50 for 2 tanks, then to B99, it all depends on how clean your tank and fuel system are to start with-mine was execptionally clean...I have experianced absolutely NO problems with this stuff so far in nearly 2k miles, NO smoke-my engine NEVER smokes unless I really romp on it-I DID have to romp on it on Sunday to beat an Explorer to an interstate ramp and I noticed a yellow/brownish smoke where before it would have been black on a hard romp....Good Stuff I say!!
