Question 2004 Ford F350 Deisel Trailer Harness

I have no power to the 1 o clock 12 volt constant trailer battery circuit of the oem round trailer harness. I replaced a blown 20 amp j-fuse in the interior fuse panel. I checked the relay in the interior fuse panel and it was ok. I see no mention to what the relays are under the hood. Are any of those for that circuit as well. Anything other than a broken wire to check?

Yes, inspect the plug. You didn't say whether it is blowing the fuse with or without a trailer.

Fuses are staying intact. Probed the harness no power. Probed the fuse and it has power. Just curious if there would be something else somewhere to check the wiring is loomed and hidden.

My 06 only has power when the truck is running. Not sure but I think the idea is to keep the truck batteries charged so you don't run down the batteries while in the boonies camping, and are stuck. Try it with the truck running. My $0.02 worth

FYI welcome to FTE.
