Upgrade C6 to AOD…Yes? No?
#46
Eddie,
Thanks. I suspected that, the problem is that when it is NOT in overdrive, what I discribed is happening, ie., a few seconds of braking, then it feels like it is unlocking, engine drops to idle, and, I suspect, the tranni is reverting to low pressure. This in any gear with OD selected off. When I select OD off (ie., push the button on the dash), the tranni does shift out of OD.
I was hoping, with the pin out of the E4OD connector, that I could see what signals the tranni was receiving and from that have an idea of wheather the problem was in the tranni or in the signals from the engine, or even a poor connection in the connector.
Do you know where I might find a discription of the signals and functioning of this tranni?
Larry
