1994 F150 transfer case
I recently acquired this truck no 2 wd and no 4 hi. Should I try and rework it or just try to find a replacement.

Check your linkage, it may be messed up, or somehow loose.

If it's fine, I'm willing to bet it's the t-case.

I know the problem is in the t case. Just don't know if it is better to try and fix it or replace it.

find a used one for $100 and see if you can fix that one once you get it swaped out and save it as a spare if it gets fixeed or save some good parts off it or sell it
