My F350 crew cab project

This is a 1992 F350, 460 gas truck. I am converting it to a PSD. I bought this truck in the winter of '09 and tinkered with it some, but then didn't work on it for a while. Well, I'm gonna try to start getting something done with it, so here it is.

This is what it looked like when I got it.......

This is it now........

I'm pulling the 460 out in the morning. I have it sold and he's coming to get it tomorrow. I'll take lots of pics as I work on it.

Bill, did you feel as though you needed to put clothes on it means you stripped so much of it? You didn't get the passengers side covered up though.

On a serious note, should be a heck of a project though. Lots of work, but good reward in the end when you get done.

Man i bet your happy to get the ball rolling on your dream truck! Mines in pretty good condition but I think it would be awesome to do what your doing and do a frame up rebuild, and basically have a new truck rolling off the line (or out of the shop, in our case lol). Good luck Bill, look forward to watching her take shape!

Pulled the engine, all the drive train, got all the doors off, and got all the interior out except for the dash and headliner. The cab is coming off tomorrow or Monday.

Selling the 460 and getting it out of there gave me a little kick in the pants to work on it I guess.
