Fatman Fabrications

I've been looking for drop spindles for my truck, it has a Volare front end. My Trucking Mag came in today and it has a story on drop spindles, lo and behold Fatman finally has them for this front end. Has anyone installed these yet and how good are they? From what I've read,Fatman has very good quality product. Thanks in advance, L8R ZFLASH

These spindles have been available from Fatman for many years. The first ones required the submission of a core because he modified the OEM spindle. The newer model is built from scratch. I have them on my truck. Be aware...you MUST trim the tip lower control arms otherwise you will destroy your rotors when turning. There are posts on this if you do a search...

I installed a pair of these a few weeks ago. Very good quality and went on easy. I didn’t have to trim my lip on my lower control arm but I did beat it with a ball peen hammer a little. I also replaced all the bushings with poly urethane from energy suspension. It made a big difference in handling.
