if you can't find it on the internet, the best thing would be to take a color picture or whatever to a local sign shop. most of them have machines that can do fades and colors on vinyl. ..they'll be better then anything from a factory.. ..make sure you specify you want high performance vinyl.. none of that cheap crap.

When I had the truck repainted (about 11 years ago under a Ford warranty program) the dealer gave me two choices:

- order a set of OEM tailgate letter stickers from their parts department (about $30 CDN at the time) or,

- get an independent jobber to install the letters for me at the dealer's body shop for about $ 25 CDN.

I opted fo the cheaper decals. They were very good quality and stood up well to the weather for about ten years or so (and we all know Canadian weather is brutal on auto bodies). I think the auto trim jobber had one of those computerized die-cutting machines, 'cause I couldn't tell them apart from the originals.

My best advice for you is to check your local yellow pages under auto trim, auto accessories/detailing to get a quote on having the the letters die-cut and (if u want) installed for you. Some of these guys will even make house calls and do the job in your own driveway. Then check your local Ford dealer -- sometimes they can be very competitive on the real OEM (Motorcraft) part, but you'll probably have to put them on yourself.

Bear in mind that the price I paid ten years ago is probably quite a bit lower than what you can expect to pay now (ahh.. inflation). Hope you find this helpful.
