Can I put a chip in my truck?

1987 F350 6.9. Any chips I can put in my diesel?

potato chips are about it.
your engine is mechanical, so there is no computer to chip.

Some Lays or Tostitos maybe since neither the engine or transmission are computer controlled.

There are turbo kits out there for the 6.9 IDIs though. Might want to look at those if you are wanting a little more Umph out of the ole girl.
