2nd day with new 2012 Eco boost. Love it!

Going from a 2004 6.0 power stroke to a f150 Eco boost seemed like the wrong way to go. But after the 2nd day of driving it, I should have done it earlier! I keep thinking that something has to be wrong, I can't hear the motor running and I can't even feel. Love the get up and go on this thing. I haven't pulled my boat with it yet, but I think I am going to like it. The only bad thing is, I'm going to wear out the paint washing and waxing it. I read through the owners manual and there is not much to take care of. I will not know what to do on the week ends now. May be I'll just go boating.

As pretty as they are, it's very hard not to want to wash it all the time.

Congrats and trust many miles of enjoyment come your way.

I'm glad to hear that you're still loving the truck. I also traded in my diesel on an ecoboost. Last Monday I finally did it after researching them for about 3 months. My 2008 FX4 F250 was a sweet truck (spartan tuner, cat/DPF delete, AFE intake) but so far after one week, I feel the same... Should have done it a Long time ago!!! I absolutely love my new FX4 SCrew ecoboost. I'm very impressed with its power and don't think I will miss the diesel, maybe just the rumble of a big engine. But overall I'm glad I made the swap!
