Hi Neil. And you never know what you will find when you renovate. Found part of a 1892 "Gentleman Farmer and Cultivator" newspaper published in Cortland.

Heard something on the radio this morning that it's been too hot for hurricanes this year... I'll be bummed to miss out on seeing the TV weather geeks standing out in the wind/rain saying it's really bad out.

Rob, I have sweat dripping from my sweat and I am sitting inside at my desk with the AC on plus a fan. If it was not against office policy, I would have shorts on to help cool off.
