Rode in a 6.2 today and my comparison with older stuff

I don't really get much opportunity to ride around in super duties. Not one this new for sure. It was a xl regular cab long bed. I like the interior. The cab seems roomier than the older trucks, and the seats are way better. But the solid front axle rides like crap compared to my twin i beam suspension (2wd). The back axle ride is much improved. If i can put just the back axle under my truck i'd be happy and never want to buy a new truck.

Anyway on to the 6.2. The guy driving was a ford guy so we were chatting it up. I asked how he like the 6.2 and he stepped on it. These things have a very nice unique sound to them.

Visibility out of the front of these trucks is horrible. All the crazy body lines and grill give you little idea of where your front bumper is. Plus the truck seemed to increase in size over the previous cab in every way (80-97).

I like the door handles in the handle, and the mirrors are AMAZING on these trucks. The slope down on the doors makes for a great view to the mirrors.

I also love the interior fit and finish and overall style in person as much as i do in the pictures. The cup holder are a plus too.
