I'm trying to do ball joints and u-joint on 2006 F250 PSD. I've got the vacuum seal out but the axle won't slide out. Do I need to pull harder, or is there a clip somewhere I'm missing. Please help

 

Just pull harder. No clip. Had the same problem with my 05

I used 2 bars and pryed from backside and pop it out Vac Seal and All popped out together

Im shure there is an Inner clip in there but its like a CV Axel style and lets go when pressure is applied so nothing to special there Other than the axel need to pry even not 1 bar 1 side but 2 bar so it can come straight out

If you dont pru straight out the clip will catch and Hold it

It dont take much pressure to over come the clip but Must be pulled straight out Not cocked in any way

Almost think the 2 bars I pried with pried at the Ujoint area IIRC be a few since but

 

No clips, just had to put my purse down...
