i want a nice head unit or double din radio to fit my 01 expedition. Any ideas on what would fit it?

 

Check out Crutchfield to see what'll fit (they have an "Outfit my car" section). They'll give you a number of options. If you end up buying from there, they throw in the adapters, mounting frame, and instructions for free.

 

you have to cut a few things inside the dash, but here is what I installed in my 2001 navigator. pioneer avh-p4300 7" touch screen dvd player, I love this unit!
