F-1 Fan Shroud

If anyone is interested, I just put a 6 cyl fan shroud in the classifieds.

Just an FYI.. The bottom has been cut/modified. Otherwise, very good price.

Actually, I don't think it has. Both of mine had that same notch, and it looked OEM.

The shroud that's on my 52 w/a 215 is the same as Don's, but doesn't have the notch cut out in the bottom.



Did the 48-51 6 cyl use the same shroud as the 52s? Perhaps it was a modification for clearance of something on the engine for 48-51 6 cyl engines????

Checking the catalog, the '52 215 has it's own shroud. '48-'51 226 and '50-'52 254 (which is what I had) share a shroud.

Thanks for confirming. I was too lazy to check the catalog late last night. The flat 6 and OHV 6 shrouds look almost the same and I assumed...
