What'd do buy, an F-series with a 6.2L? If so, they are NICE and very fuel efficient. Way more so than the 5.4L 3-valve engine it replaces.

 

Just gas and oil from now on .... how boring!!
No issues with injectors, oil cooler, EGR cooler, head gaskets, turbo, fuel ... what are you going to DO with all the spare time? lol
