Can I access my classified ad to edit it? How is this done?

I asked in the Mods forum (I have no idea of the answer) and this is what I was told:
He is probably past the time limit for editing his ad.
If it is over 30 days old, suggest that he start a new one and let the old one fall by the way side.
OR, he could add the info he wants to change in a subsequent post.
The only ad I saw for him was dated in 2009, but I looked quickly.
