Just put new brake pads on my f-150 at 45,000 mi, I thought they would last longer. Anyway should I change the brake fluid now or is it too soon?

It probably doesn't need a fluid change yet, but it won't hurt anything if you did flush the brake system and put in new fluid. If it sits a lot moisture can and will build up in the lines and eventually you'll have them rust thru and leak.
