Can bushings vs lifting?

I have a 96 eddie bauer 4x4. The truck has 195,000 miles on it. I went to get an alignment on it but the people said they couldn't do it until they put cam bushings in it because the tires were kicked out too much at the bottom. They didn't have any & told me to bring it back when they got some bushings in. I got to thinking after I got home that the front springs are sagging & I had planned on raising the front a little to keep the front from sitting so low. So my question is, if they put cam bushings in it to straighten up the tires, wouldn't too far the other way (positive camber) once I raise the front? If I raise the front now, would I even need cam bushings?

if you put a lift in it you will need to align it and most likely need new bushings anyway. so do the lift first.

I put mine on the rack before my new moog 844 springs and my camber/caster was off after my new springs it was in spec and all I did was adjust tow. So happy due to putting in those kits is one of my least favorite things to do.
