Big Job COE Parts or Scrap Going quick!

posted this over in the Big Job forum but figured I would also put here since seems like most of the BIG JoB guys with this vintage trucks hang out here mostly anyway..

This truck is pretty beat up, the owner was selling off a bunch of different stuff and scrapping some of it. I expressed an interest in a few parts off this one if he didn't sell it and before he scrapped it. Well he called and said he scrapped the rear half but saved the front half for me, we agreed on a price and I went to get it.... ....What was I thinking

I would have been better off just buying a couple new window regulators, etc for my 53 MH C600 and saving myself the headache. Oh Well, Its on my trailer now and I need to get everything pulled off and out of it that I can so I can be rid of the hulk. Wish the cab top was good or better to use as a donor cab top for my 53.

I plan to pull the Lincoln 317 Yblock and trans. Radiator and shroud. Doors, maybe the lower cab panels etc if not to rough, Hood is decent. pull the heater and all dash components. (maybe even cut the dash out if time allows) The running boards and steps are in better shape than my 53 so will save those.

Any of you Big Job guys need anything from this beast or any parts I should try to save before I haul it in, I've got to get this thing off my trailer fairly quick so i'm going to pull what i can. but don't want to scrap anything that someone could use.

its got a big air compressor on the engine and some sort of power ram steering assist??centered behind the front axle. Some of this stuff I probably cant or couldn't use on my 53 Marmon Herrington so figured I'd ask.
Thanks in advance and have a great day.
Josh

Hi Josh,
I have been sitting back thinking that some one would be interested in taking the hole issue. I hope I haven,t waited to long. All I need is a hood latch spring. I don't think it would be a problem border wise to put one in an envelope and mailing it. If you still have it and you are interested in selling such a small item let me know. PM, email or what ever.
Thank you, Old Ugly (Rod)
