You don't have to have that tool for your model year truck. Your ICP is easy to get to on the passenger side valve cover. This tool is for the early trucks with the ICP under the turbo.

That said, your reading is WAAAYYYYYY low. If I were you, I would slam dunk an ICP and pigtail at it, for a start before you go digging deeper.

EDIT: I didn't see that there was a page 2 to this thread. Flat Rate reading.

I didnt know this either about the volts thing and ICPV at KOEO

I learned something New Thanks Mike

All I was Watching for at KOEO was IPR% and it was the 14.4%

Congrats on the diagnosis Benny. Glad to see you found the problem. Wish I was as good at diagnosing as you, especially this week! Lol. The SGII is an awesome tool to have, I'm glad I took your advice and got one.

FYI Benny,

So I called my local Intl dealer today out of curiosity and my ICP pigtail kit (1850712C92) is now $62.38. My ICP sensor (1845274C92) is now $104.87. My IPR (1839437C95) is now $301.40.

So I guess keep shopping around. I have seen the harness in the $50 range now and the IPR for $245 range. That's a big leap for the harness since Feb 2011 when I paid $21.

Its always good to have more than 1 person look at the issue someone might take a diffrent veiw of the issue

I did start it again 2day with the ICP unplugged ICP psi was only 921 psi default value this Time it was 1800psi the other day I only let run 5-10 seconds at the most I just wanted to verify the Default ICP psi value again
