Diablo Predator review on my 05 3V

Here it is...

2005 F250 Crew Cab Shortbed Lariat 4.10LS on 285/70/17 MTs cat back with a Flowmaster 40 with Duals out at 45s K&N drop in that I freshly cleaned and reoiled. New fuel filter, freshly cleaned MAF, and cleaned the throttle body.

Expectations: little to none from what i read on here

Stock tuning: 0-60 isn't the best. Not what I was worried about. Limited slip works excellent although I could get the tires to bark. Towing was smooth but gear hunting was an issue loaded or unloaded. I live in a hilly area. 55-80 was sluggish loaded or unloaded.

With 87 tune via diablo with custom parameter set to 4.10 gear-wow, it's a totally different truck. Shifts are crisper with a better firm feeling. It's 2 am here so I really got to test it out. I stomped it from a stop and i couldn't keep the tires from spinning whatsoever. Sideways on dry pavement! 0-60 increased even with tire spin. 55-80 was definitely faster and smoother. Very excited to see what towing is like now. Obviously couldn't tell what my mpg will be like, I will update everyone. Im getting about 10.1 now.

I'm happy with this tuner, If everyone is bragging about 5 star, I couldn't imagine what it would be like! For free, I will never complain ever about this. I had a 2000 Durango R/T before that was programmed on 93 tune, full exhaust minus headers, ram aired with a bigger throttle body and this truck could easily have raced it and won. I'm surprised the Diablo Predator has left a bad taste in everyone's mout honestly. I'm very happy with the power my truck has now!!

Well after more driving the truck today, I'm still very impressed. My throttle response and the throttle lag that the drive by wire system uses is practically gone. Id love to mess around with the custom parameters of the tune but I'd hate to mess something up.
