Pass through wires. For your use in hooking up extra goodies. Ford thought it would be better to run them through the firewall instead of you needing to find a place to do it.

You will find the other ends inside the cab behind the fuse block above your left foot when sitting in the seat.

 

Just saw the large red one. Need to follow that one to where ever it goes. Not sure about it. I wouldn't hook it up until you know exactly where it is going.

The others near the firewall are the pass through ones.
