Does anyone know if anybody makes emblems that say '300' that look like 302 or 351 emblems? I thought it would be a neat way to change the look of my truck a little.

don't know if they make the plastic/chrome looking kind, but you can always talk to a local graphics shop about making you some decals.

If you can find a Chrysler 300 in a wrecking yard.
They have them.
