Excursion is running. Last fall I lost the original key and had to get new one programmed. Well found the original last Friday. I thought the programming between the old and new would be the same. Its not. The truck thought it was being stolen so it went into anti theft and disabled the ignition. Git the new key and started up.

 

That sucks..

They never break when it's cool out always when it's hot..LOL

Good evening Jim! It's always something simple and stupid. Glad to hear the Ex is running. Now the original key is no good unless it can be reprogrammed with the new key. Do you know anything about home A/C?

The compressor outside runs but the furnace does not. Breakers are all on and work, wireing looks to be alright.

A guy I know that owns his own garage brought his snap on scanner and hooked it up. First code was anti theft disabled

I don't other than the house should be cooler than outdoors. Maybe a thermal switch no good so furnace doesn't know to turn on and blow?
