Probably a Dana 60, but being an F-350 it could possibly be a Dana 70. Measure the ring gear diameter. A Dana 60 has a 9 3/4" ring gear and the Dana 70 has a 10 1/2" ring gear.
Look on the bottom of the housing. There will be a 60 or a 70 stamped into the housing. (my friend had an 85 F250 diesel with a dana 70, 3.54 and power lok limited slip. It's probobly a 70, being that its a diesel and its an F350.
