Yeah, dont use crappy o-rings.

This is the same leak I had for 2 years and Never knew where it was coming from till I pulled my pump and found one of the fittings loose.

The OBS doesn't have the quick connect line like the SD so you don't need the tool

I also had a oil leak some time ago from the o-ring in one of the HPOP fittings https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...vice-asap.html

Thanks for all the info guys. I got in touch with Joey at Terminator as well and got the same answers. New -6 o-ring should fix it.

Having the right o-ring for the index and crush is important.

Mine was just loose in general, but had the wrong o-ring from the P/O.

No leaks now. =)

Make sure the fitting is clean and dry, and a dab of loctite on the threads. Ford sends 680 with their kit, as does Guzzle.

Ordered the kit from Riffraff, comes with all 7 o-rings for the HPOP and the loctite for it, all for under $13

I got a kit from Bob when I ordered a dipstick repair kit. Its in my tool box for 'just in case'.

IIRC Jose, you were on a trip when it happened to you.

Yes sir, was almost a nightmare, but with the help of the people in this forum I figured out with happy end.
