Yeah, dont use crappy o-rings.
This is the same leak I had for 2 years and Never knew where it was coming from till I pulled my pump and found one of the fittings loose.

The OBS doesn't have the quick connect line like the SD so you don't need the tool

Thanks for all the info guys. I got in touch with Joey at Terminator as well and got the same answers. New -6 o-ring should fix it.

Having the right o-ring for the index and crush is important.
Mine was just loose in general, but had the wrong o-ring from the P/O.
No leaks now. =)

Make sure the fitting is clean and dry, and a dab of loctite on the threads. Ford sends 680 with their kit, as does Guzzle.

Ordered the kit from Riffraff, comes with all 7 o-rings for the HPOP and the loctite for it, all for under $13

I got a kit from Bob when I ordered a dipstick repair kit. Its in my tool box for 'just in case'.
IIRC Jose, you were on a trip when it happened to you.

I still plan to get a T500 and new lines as soon as I can sell my 2wd trans...
