I built that myself. This is what I do at 2:00 in the morning when I can't sleep. I wake up thinking about this stuff, get up draw some sketches and go back to sleep. It really wasn't that hard to build, it is a pretty simple design. The hard part was getting it mounted and adjusted in the truck to work right.
Now I need to put an electric solenoid on it for a release that I can use my key FOB with.
