02 Front Leaf Springs

Hi all, I just did the brakes and shocks on my truck. Both came out well but I am still getting a bit of a vibration in the passenger side front end of my truck. Comes and goes at random times and seems to be caused by hitting bumps. I figure I better check the torque specs on the front u-bolts, what is the spec on those? I thought I remember reading 99 ft-lbs...does that seem right?

Secondly, is there anything else I can check to make sure the front springs are in good shape? I know the tires are good and the front wheel bearings are good...

TIA!
