On the tag inside the drivers side front door there is a code for the differential ratios. Is that where your number 3N is?
That tag is the vehicle certification label.
The axle codes are:
15 - 3.31 ratiio, non- limited slip
16 - 3.73 ratio, non-limited slip
H5 - 3.31 ratio, limited slip
H6 - 3.73 ratio. limited slip
This is in my 2007 Navigator Workshop Manual
