Resonator Rattling

Resonator Rattling
Hi everyone -
I've got a 2000 Explorer Sport 4x4 (4.0L V6) with a rattling resonator. It seems that the resonator is very loose where the pipe connects to the muffler and it's rattling any time that the car is turned on. I know very little about the exhaust system. Was this a hack welding job, or did something fall off to cause this to happen?
