I have a 90 F-250 4wd 7.5 liter supercap, i bought the truck about a year ago, it was recovered stolen, given a new vin and all that good stuff, but heres the thing the sticker that has the tow rating and the vehicle isnt there and i obviously dont have the owners guide for it.
Does anyone have an idea on what the tow rating is for my truck i have a 2003 weekend worrier toy hauler and its dry weight is estimated at around 11,500. so i want to make sure this is truck enough. it pulls the trailer like a raped ape but i just want to make sure.

the trailer is a bumper pull.
the truck has a 4 10 gear ratio. ive got the E4OD/4R100 trany.
umm. lots of performance items like k&N fuel injection performance kit, banks power exhaust. stuff like that

I'll get back to you on it tomorrow afternoon. The book's in the truck and I'm going to bed now. My numbers might be a little different from yours since mine is 5 years newer. I do know that having the 4.10's makes a big difference too. My truck's rated at 9500lbs w/ a tagalong and 15,000lbs. 5th wheel/gooseneck and it has 3.55's. Ok, it's late, so I'll look it up for you tomorrow afternoon.
