I believe I needs me some F250 HD springs. I believe it is about time for rear spring too, mine are 32 years old.

I swapped 3" rear leaf springs out of a 1990 F250 into my 1995 F150. What caused the higher ride height lift (with the original 2" block) was the added 1 spring leaf that the F250 had.

I got around 2" or so of lift out of it AND a stiffer (but not too stiff) ride.

This mod went well in addition to the Moog 844 springs that I put on the front. Excellent mod. I couldn't stand the softness of the F150 springs.

What leaf pack did you use? the light duty spring pack uses a block even in the f250, It's only when you get the regular hd f250 packs that do not require a block. The arch is about double for the hd springs but the weight rating is about 800 lbs less.

Without question it was the light duty spring pack that had the block. The arc in the F250 leafs were identical to my F150. The only perceptible difference that I could tell was that the donor F250 had one extra spring (5 total).

I should add that my F150 still has decent rake (higher in the rear), which is perfect for hauling a load now and then. That added spring in the rear lifted the rear a good 2-3 inches. I want to say that the front came up at least 2 inches, but there is still rake in the rear.

Thanks, Do you think a hd pack without the block would at least keep my truck the same height or maybe 1 inch higher? I actually love the way my truck sits on the passenger side, The drivers side is 3/4 of an inch lower when the side tank is empty and prolly 2 inches when the tank is full! If the hd pack raises it 3 inches then I could remove the factory block/bumpstop and have a net 1 inch lift, It would be perfect IMO

If a full tank of fuel drops your truck that much, you have some super soft springs my friend
