2 barrel carb accelerator pump plunger

Does anybody have one apart?
Would you measure how long it is and post?
A .22 bullet it perfect diameter but too short.
If somebody would measure one and post i can make a piece.
New one comes in carb kit but the darn kit is $40 locally amd i lost that piece . (had too much help)

thaks for reading, old jim

If you find out you can't make one, you can PM your address and I can mail you one for free. Let me know.

Good luck.

Jsutton that is MOST kind of you.
My neighbor has a lathe and we have scrap brass

just the length would be fine

wont' take us fifteen minutes. I could do trial and error but would sure like to get it first try.

Thanks ! old jim

Cool, all my neighbor has is a dog that poops in my yard!! I'm sure someone will come along with a measurement for you, I'm at work right now or else I'd do it.

Thanks

mine looks more like this

it's a motorcraft 2bbl, oe on 76 F100 w360. D61E - SA on the ID tag.

the plunger is a separate piece that can fall out when somebody picks up the cover plate to see what it is....
looks to be 1/4 inch by about 3/4 long
i scoured the grass for hours with a magnet , dont know how it got away.
