Turbo oil leak

Turbo oil leak
Hey All,
My truck has been sitting for about a year with very little use, little being starting it once a month or so to keep the batteries charged. I took it out for the first time today for a drive and noticed a large (about football sized) puddle of oil on the ground when I got home. I checked under the hood and found oil in the valley. In looking harder there is a stream of oil leaking out of the turbo when the truck is idling. From what I've read it seems it may be the EBPV actuator? The oil looks like it is coming from behind the exhaust outlet on the turbo. The up pipe is coated in oil and the leak underneath is isolated to the passenger side.
Is there anything else I should check?
Thanks in advance.

If it is the EBPV actuator, you will need to remove the turbo and pedestal to rebuild it. The kit is pretty affordable to do this.
