Tire black/treatment

Folks, if this has already been addressed, I apologize, but I can't seem to find any information. I want my tires to look really black, but don't want them to shine. What is the best product to achieve this? Any suggestions?
Thanks

Does 303 splatter up on the sides of the truck? How does it hold up against rain?

You put it on, wait a bit then wipe off excess. Will leave a nice dull shine. Should have no spatter problems.

I use the cheapo purple power brand. I spray it on, let it sit, then wipe off the excess, since I am not ghetto nor do I drive a donk.

Lemon Pledge ... old 1970s car show trick. Makes tires look black without the shine. Spray it on & rub it in.
