2000 Expedition Roof Leak, need help

We had our first rain last night and today since we bought this truck used. My wife called and said water was dripping out of the first row of A/C vents in the roof. Our expy has a factory power sunroof and factory roof rack.
Has anyone had this problem? What was the fix? Thank you.

My 2003 with power moon roof had the same issue - I used my air compressor and a reduced nozzle to blow out the drain lines. Mine has small holes in the track area on both the passenger side and driverside in the corners that allow water to drain to the tire well.

Very common with clogged roof drains. You can test them by opening the roof and pouring water in the surrounding tray from above. It should go away and as pointed out wind up on the ground. You will need to test all 4 holes which may be easier finding some angled spot to park with the front end up and then the back end up.

Well, I looked at it and noticed the drivers side glass was sunken in and not sitting flush with the roof line like the passenger side. I adjusted the glass, dumped a bucket of water and sprayed the glass with a garden hose and so far no leaks. I think since it was depressed in the opening, it was allowing water to leak in between the top of the seal and the roof when driving down the road. Hopefully that fixed it.
