ID this connection - 1999 V10 Passenger side manifold rear

I've got a 99 motorhome built on a '99 F-350 F53 Chassis. It has a banks kit installed.. I'm trying to diagnose an occasional miss that doesn't get trigged via KOER test, nor does it set a code.

I pulled the motor cover and I'm a little concerned - passenger side rear manifold, I see what looks like a coolant passage, maybe an EGR passage (but it looks like a coolant hose near it). Can figure out what should be here, nor how the heck it's missing... Maybe wrong manifold for the year? Can someone clear it up?

The line nearest it is cast into the manifold and does not rotate.
