1994 E-150 turn signals

Back again with more electrical issues. 1994 E-150 turn signals worked on way to store then on way home they didn't. I replaced the turn signal/wiper switch less than 3 months ago due to some wiper issues that still exist but aren't bothersome. I checked fuses, bulbs but didn't see the relay. The interior fuse box has the round location where they used to be but has never had anything in it. The 4-ways work and brake lights work along with everything else on the turn signal circuits so the hidden relay is my next option. Does anyone have any idea where it might be located on these vans?

There isnt a relay, there is an electronic flasher module. Its roughly relay shaped, and is a square box with 3 wires on a relay looking connector. Its behind/below the inside fuse panel.

Honestly, if hazards are working, its probably fine. I would check the harness and connectors for the MFS, and possibly replace the multi-function switch as a dud. Double check you don't have a partial short out back around the trailer harness/connection.
