Cd Rom Manuals
I was wondering how good or rather in depth those manuals on cd rom are? I have a chiltons the normal manual that most likely everyone has. Just curious anyone out there think its worth buying? Thanks for the help This site rules!

If you printed them they would be about 6 inches thick (the printed Ford manuals are that thick). They are the comprehensive shop manuals you used to be able to order from Ford. For example, a 1971 CD-ROM has about 70 pages for the wiring diagrams verses 3-4 in the el'cheapo manuals.

Wow thats cool! I didnt realize that they were that in depth! Ive had my truck for a couple years now and have been wanting to work on it more but just never had the means and now I do. So I am really looking to get some serious work done the truck really needs it. 1978 f150 4x4 400m its a beater now but I can see the potential. Thanks for the response I will buy the cd rom I can use all the help I can get.
