87 vs 89 vs 91 vs 93 Tunes?

I decided to pull the trigger on the tuner next month because I have an extra pay period, so why not haha

I understand I get 3 tunes but I am wondering, to anyone that has already purchased the tuner, was there a noticeable difference between the 87 tune and the 93 tune? (In my area 93 is not common so it would be 91 for me personally).

I have said it a million times, I am not a tower/hauler, just looking for more power, because, well I can If there is a noticeable difference between the 87 and 93 I would have no problem paying the extra 30 cents a gallon for gas, because I do not drive much at all.

Just thinking ahead I guess on what type of tunes I want.. I have a 3 valve I only get to choose the octane and then from economy or performance/tow.

HI
87 perftow works well but most power will be from 91 octane, device would come with 3 maps/tunes so you can try them both out and see what works best for you.

I have been running the 93 tune and have noticed a little more power but no MPG increase. I probably would notice more of an increase if I was not loaded down with tools all the time, oh well.

I'll make this pretty simple, My ol V10 is my secondary vehicle that gets used for towing, hunting, and f'n around when I feel like it. I have an 87 economy tune, an 89 tow tune, and a 91tow tune. I've run the 91 tune during the summer for hauling the camper and boat and the 87 during hunting season when I'm not towing much of anything. At this point, I could just as well take a white marker and write "91 Octane Fuel ONLY" on the gas cap. I've went back and forth a couple of times and just recently installed the 91 octane tow tune again a few weeks ago and personally I don't see it myself detuning it again unless fuel avalability forces me to do so.
