It seems to me if the cam sensor or its wiring were bad & its signal wasn't reaching the computer, you'd have a cam sensor trouble code.
Even so, for right now, the cam sensor, its wiring to the computer firewall connector & the computer fuel injector ground switching drivers belong on your suspect list.

Once you get it running, you need to trouble shoot the cyl 3 misfire code as powersmoked has suggested, as a cyl misfire isn't friendly to the cat converter, as it'll have to process all that unburned fuel & that'll cause it to over heat & if it gets hot enough it'll melt the converter ceramic matrix & cause excessive back pressure, a hot running, low power engine, all a vicious circle!!!!

Keep us posted on your trouble shoot.

yes i will if i keep pulling that code when i get it back up but being that it was intermittent and never saw a rise in temp when i did pick a code even driving log data on road test, the coil pack was tested and brew other thing wouldnti brief dx came out good. o2's would be out of range and a few other dic parameters that werent showing i was all prepared to change coil but it doesnt fit the problem and i think when i hit the right problem inputs will solve it if not then i will. this is what i felt the problem was just was hoping for some confirmation of logics, powersmoked was not Understanding me as he said. I still had good flow through honetcombs before, no obstructions. more over ill be interested in the trans glitch Ill look into it
