Horn not working 92-95 steering coloumb swap

I just bought a 92 f150 flair side xlt with speed control and tilt, and the steering coloumb was shot so I went and got a colomb from a 95 f150 xl with no speed control or tilt and the only thing that dose not work is the horn, any suggestion on what to do and where to start would be great.

the ground for the horn gets it from the cruise lines in the xlt w/cruise option.
so run a devoted temp ground wire up to your horn switch and try honking the horn then.that should do the trick.if it does, you can run a little jumper wire from ground right there in the column some place and screw in a little self tapper for ground wire.
