I know what the OP requested, however you gave a detailed description,

When you stated "No other radio will fit" I just wanted to bust your ***** regarding that statement.

Uh huh, but all that hodge podge Dodge radio info you typed...only confused the OP into thinking it had AM/FM. One peek at the dial sez different.

Take a day off, whiz over with your kiddies to the Diamond Lake museum to see all the dinosaur fossils on display they dug up during construction.

'Course the kiddies don't need to leave home to see a fossil, cuz all they have to do is look at you!

Go to RediRad Classic Car AM and FM radio adapter- MP3/Satellite Radio to AM or FM band

They make a unit that plugs into your AM radio and allows you to use an MP3 player or satellite radio.

Same Radio New Internal Parts

If you looking for a AM/FM, MP3 player and bluetooth in your factory F100 Radio I have a cuz that owns a audio shop that can send it out to have everything internally to be replaced with an up to date radio.

I will doing my radio as I use BT for my iPhone to listen to Pandora and MP3's all the time never use regular radio anymore.

This cost is less than an after marketing one that will fit for around 300 bucks, PM me if you like the contact info, not sure if I can post that info here or not if I can let me know and I will be happy to post his contact info here.

Why not just do it right and enjoy the AM radio like Henry intended.

If you must install a ghetto blaster:

The direct replacement modern radio Shadowrider is referring to is made by RetroSound and is advertised for the F100 series as well as the Bronco. The $329 price tag seems to be better than some other vendors are asking.

Perfect

Thanks for the info. This is what I am looking for. I hate modern looking radios cut into an old dashboard. I don't need a ghetto blaster, just some tunes while I'm driving.

Can I please get a blow up pic of the front of that ford radio?

The face plate will fit on either box.
I have dissembled my radio and like an idiot didn't take a pic as to how all those washers and clips and gears go on the faceplate. Would you happen to have a diagram or a picture you could send me that has the lay out for the front plate reassembly? Or at least a close up of the picture that is posted here? Thanks so much

Book marked 66-77 Bronco website, appears the unit would fit, certain more knowledgeable member will advise. Asking $350 which seems a bit pricey, but I have never shopped for an upgraded radio to compare to??

Thanks but wanting to keep the original. Mine works. Just have to figure out how to get it to turn the band inside the unit.

Keep it original, Why? It's a radio. The one in the link posted above mounts just like an original one. No extra holes and you get so much more.
Here's a couple of pictures with that radio in my truck.

Mostly because I don't have the $350. But I do like the fact that it's the same radio that has been working for 50 years. Original to the truck with original holes. Your's looks awesome btw.

I had a similar dilemna. I wanted to keep my non-functional factory radio for looks but I also wanted music in the truck.

I just bought a small amplifier and bluetooth adapter and hid them both under the dash. I flip a switch and it activates the bluetooth adapter and I just connect with my phone. All the convenience of modern technology with no cutting or hacking.
