Quick HUB replacement question re: vaccum

Hello,
Replacing OEM auto with Warn manual. Do I need to block off vacuum line at wheel AND line under hood or just either one?

Thank you......!

I blocked the vac line under the hood,I left the lines at the wheels connected to keep things sealed up..but I think either way will be ok..

I plugged mine at the wheel well. I cut the hose and capped it with a vacuum cap.
