Yes your a reeneactor, we shoot targets set in woods at 30 to 40 yards
I use speed loaders just flash powder, patch ball ready to go, clean between shots with squirt alachol, on cleaning patch

I use a premade paper cartridge Dennis. That s where my speed loading comes into play.

Yes basically the same, mines plastic all pre-measure, dump in patch and ball ready to go, I carry in a pouch over one shoulder and flash horn on other

For me it conatins loose powder, and the ball. Tear open with moouth, prime dump the remaining powder down the barrel, Push the ball in and ram it home.

Your doing like in the civil war, the same, for sake of speed I pre-load the day before pre-measured everything, I buy the lube pads in bulk, some guys just tear like tea shirt material.

Pretty much Dennis. Only difference is the fact that there was no wad in a civil war round. The base of the minie ball was lubed. For us the paper cartridge acts as the wad.
