Need help - how do I remove this piece of trim?

Can anybody help me out? Please see below, how do I remove the piece of trim that the red arrow points to? (it helps to click on pic to enlarge)

It looks like it fits under the dash stack. You may have to start at the top and work your way down.

See the little plastic trim fastener on the right side? Pull it, pull the matching one on the left side, then flex the trim apart and slide it straight back. It does not require tearing the dash stack apart.

I'll try, wish me luck! I know those pieces are worth their weight in Gold when you need to order a replacement from the dealer!
